Gregory Hollow Tree grew up in the deep south. Of California. After years of trying to be like Elvis, he finally realized that he probably should have been trying to be like Buck Owens. Once he figured that out, starting a family music group was the next logical step. |

Laura hails from the wilds of San Diego. The experience of survival in the harsh climate of this semi-lawless border town combined with her intense study of Bach piano concertos to produce one of the finest and most luvable bass players in Los Angeles. |
 Traci Hollow Tree |
Traci brings her beautiful voice and boundless energy to The Trees. She'll also be taking care of dancing, tap dancing, laughing, making Laura laugh, and teasing Greg. |
 Lydia Hollow Tree |
Lydia is a fiddler from Maine with a penchant for sea chanteys, Scottish music, and clogging. Fun Fact: Her favourite song used to be Molly Malone, a tune we do on occasion. |
 Dave Hollow Tree |
Dave is the skipper of the good ship Hollow Trees. A personal friend of Nelson from waaay back, he keeps us on course and in time. Dave can make his snare drum swing, march, boogie and bounce. |

Matt is a great young Mandolin player. His chops and style add a lot to The Hollow Trees' shows and recordings. |

 Nelson |
Nelson is a mythical creature who lives in the famous Hollow Tree. He is kinda like a raccoon, kinda like a fox, kinda like a baby bear who's wearing some white socks. He loves music and is often playing his home-made stringed contraption which he calls a Nelsonium. It's sort of like a ukulele, with a little banjo, a little balalika, and a little french horn thrown in (plus a built in kazzoo.) |
